The ORD-500 intelligent heavy-duty automatic door drive system is a high-end drive equipment integrating microcomputer intelligent control and advanced mechanical manufacturing technology. It is specially designed for heavy-duty door leaves and supports two door types: single-opening and double-opening. For the single-opening type, the single motor can carry a door leaf weight of 500KG, and the double motor can carry 600KG; for the double-opening type, each leaf of the single motor can carry 300KG, and each leaf of the double motor can carry 400KG. In terms of net opening width, the single-opening type ranges from 1000mm to 2800mm, and the double-opening type ranges from 1800mm to 3800mm, suitable for various large-scale entrance and exit scenarios.

The system is powered by AC220V±10% (50-60Hz) power supply, with a total power consumption of less than 150W, and the operating ambient temperature ranges from -20°C to +50°C, adapting to different climatic conditions. The door opening speed can be adjusted between 250-500mm/s, the door closing speed adjustment range is 200-450mm/s, the opening time can be set to 1-20s according to requirements, and the manual thrust is less than 100N, which is easy to operate. In addition, the system has the characteristic of a closing force greater than 500N, and the door body can maintain a closed state after being completely closed, ensuring safety and airtightness.
